  I had the worst experience Ever. All I wanted to do was an even exchange. I didn’t have my receipt with me. Store manager Chelsea...told me that she had to give me the lowest sale price. I understand that (I know your policy) I wasn’t trying to get my money back, get giftcard etc. Just exchange a product for the exact product. Called BBW customers service and my day became a little brighter! Exchange was a success. Thanks Jeff.

  Average supply of items, during the Christmas season and only two workers working that afternoon. I stood at counter for about 6 to 8 minutes before I could finally get the attention of one of the ladies working. This store runs our of items fast.
